- Required qualifications for the position
- Lead the maintenance team in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to minimize machinery downtime.
- Oversee all engineering activities related to production processes and factory machinery.
- Perform preventive maintenance actions quickly and effectively.
- Possess solid knowledge and understanding of PLC systems.
- Develop and implement efficient maintenance schedules.
- Identify and resolve technical issues or breakdowns promptly.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for production efficiency, machine utilization, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and FSSC standards.
- Communicate effectively with outsourced service providers, suppliers, and contractors.

- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic).
- 8–10 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
