General Manager -Production Male (1 Posts)

About the role

• Review and analyze daily production and packing performance, including fulfillment, yield, waste, and production downtime, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Prepare and submit consolidated summary reports to the Director (Factory).
• Ensure full compliance with ISO, GHP, and HACCP systems across all production operations. Lead and organize training programs to ensure employees are well-trained and compliant.
• Coordinate with Production and Packing departments to address operational requirements, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication and follow-up actions.
• Align production operations with the sales schedule by evaluating machine capacity and raw material availability.
