Admin Manager (Male) (1) post

About the role

Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines and projects for their department. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department. Monitors and procedures needed supplies for office and kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic Admin management by preparation and implementation the annual plan to support the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring and performing all licenses about Factory.
  • Performing attendance & leave, SSB, payroll and labour affair process.
  • Able to work in Security Management and Vehicle Management.
  • Understand ISO, HACCP & GMP system and follow it continuously.
  • Must be able to report to the Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate and Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Age between (30 ~ 45 years).
  • Minimum (5) years of experience in related field.
  • Must have knowledge in management, labour laws and office work flow.
  • Must be able to communication with government departments and outside organizations.
  • Strong verbal communication and internal personal skills.

Deputy Manager (Store) (Male/ Female) (1) post

About the role

A Store Deputy Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating teams, creating business strategies, developing and training new staff.

Responsibilities

  • Managing stock received, warehouse and distribution.
  • Managing inventory levels in warehouse’s data system.
  • Managing issue stocks by FIFO method (First In/ First Out).
  • Must be able to handle all ISO standard.
  • Must be able to check daily raw materials the accuracy of the goods entry/ exit receipts/ disbursements.
  • FIFO system is used to deliver cars according to the goods DO to the relevant department.
  • Must be able to carry out inventory inspection and Ground Inventory Inspection, daily report preparation.
  • Items must be issued in FIFO format.
  • Must be able to inspect the storage conditions to the storage rooms and report to the responsible person.
  • Cleaning & Pest Control, control of Storage Rooms must be carried out in accordance with GMP & HACCP system.
  • Must be able to oversee subassembly and operations of subordinates.
  • Must be able to inspect and supervise compliance with the rules and regulations of qualified workers.

Requirements

Any graduate and Certificate (or) Diploma in Logistics Management.

  • Over(5)years warehouse management experience.
  • Understanding FIFO, LIFO, FEFO.
  • Well knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP and SAP system.
  • Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation.
  • Must be self-motivation, good communication, innovation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work Mingalardone Township (Yangon Industrial Park).
