Yathar Cho Industry Ltd., a member of the Cho Cho Group of Companies, in collaboration with Step-in Step-up (SISU) Academy is proudly launch the “Cho Cho Classroom” Program on today (29.5.2026) that’s a strategic initiative designed to empower young people with future-ready skills and create pathways for sustainable career development.
The first group of 20 selected participants will undergo the inclusive training program focused on practical sales capabilities, essential employability skills, professional communication and personal development. The curriculum is designed to build confidence, strengthen workplace readiness and equip participants with the competencies needed to succeed in dynamic business environment.
Through this program, we aim not only to develop skills but also to identify and nurture future talent. Also, outstanding participants will have the opportunity to join companies within the Cho Cho Group of Companies, transforming their learning into meaningful careers and long-term success.
