Operations started in March 1997 and produced the company’s first product, Chicken Flavour Instant Noodles.

To expand its country wide reach, a warehouse facility was started on 2000 in Mandalay, the largest city in Upper Myanmar.

Due to growing demand and popularity, a second production line was added on June 2001.

The company received its Official Halal Certification  on 2004.

Continued Growth lead to investment in a third production line on March 2005.

A new husk fired boiler was added on July 2006 in an effort to become environmental friendly.

After years of hard work, the company started its first export to Singapore on 2007.

A new and modern flavour manufacturing plant was set up on April 2008 in Yangon Industrial Park.

On 2009, a new snack production facility was developed in house to produce high quality and innovative noodle snacks.

With the aim of expanding its operations both locally and internationally, the company received its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Certification on  2009.

In June 2011, a new Microbiological Laboratory was set up in line with the company’s quality improvement program.

As part of company’s continuous improvement program for safety and hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) was achieved in  2012.

In order to rejuvenate the product quality and taste, we successfully

created a new sub brand of instant noodles called                  and introduced to the

market in January  2013.

With the aim of implementing its import substitution policy, the company invested in a flavour production facility in 2000.

Yathar Cho Industry Ltd. was established on July 1996.

With the aim of expanding its operations both locally and internationally, the company received its ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP Quality Certification on December 2004.
